What you get

From “new order” to “paid”

One deadline-sorted queue

Orders from every marketplace in one list, most urgent first, with alerts before you miss a dispatch deadline.

Pack, label, dispatch

Packing checklist, one-click labels and bulk actions, so a small team can clear a busy morning.

Split shipments handled

One order, three products, two packages? Each package gets its own shipment ID, pickup ID, courier and tracking timeline.

Payment for every package

Due date per package from the platform’s settlement cycle. See at a glance what is due, overdue, paid or short-paid.

Stuck and returning shipments

Packages in transit for more than 7 days and RTOs are flagged, so nothing sits unnoticed with a courier.

Returns inspection

Record the condition of returned items and raise claims with the evidence, straight from the returns queue.

Straight answer

How orders get in

Direct marketplace connections are being rolled out channel by channel. Until your channels are connected, upload the shipment and settlement reports you already download from each seller panel: the OMS matches them to your orders and flags anything it can’t match instead of guessing.

  • Upload CSV or Excel exports as they are
  • Preview every change before it’s saved
  • Uploading the same report twice changes nothing

Your data stays yours

Every request is checked against your login. A seller can only ever see and change their own orders, shipments and payments.
